We promise to handle your complaint as soon as we get your notification.

Make sure that the returned product is safely packed.

If your complaint gets approved, we will return your payment together with shipping costs within 14 days of complaint approval. The refund will be made using the same payment method as the one you selected to purchase the product in our Online Store.
