First time shopping
I have not received an e-mail with the order/payment confirmation. How do I check if an order has been placed?
The processing of your payment may take up to several minutes. If you have received a transfer confirmation from your bank and you still don’t have your order confirmation email, please reach out to us at contact@lolobaby.eu.
Which size should I choose?
Lolobabs’ garments are designed to be loose-fitting and comfortable. If in doubt, please refer to the size guide on the product pages.
What if the size I am interested in is not available?
Please click the “I’m interested in this product” button on the unavailable product page. We will do our best to restock the missing size as soon as possible.
About the product
How do I care for Lolobaby products?
All Lolobaby products are made of knitted bamboo. Clothes should be washed at 30 degrees Celsius and should not be tumble-dried as they may shrink. We do not recommend the use of fabric softeners and bleaches. More information on this topic can be found on our blog: How to care for bamboo clothes?
Can bamboo fabric pill?
Bamboo fabric is very soft, delicate and sensitive skin-friendly. It can pill a little bit, especially after having been washed in hard water. It is completely natural for this type of material and can be prevented by using a fabric shaver to keep the original looks of your baby’s clothes.
Can products shrink after the first wash?
Yes, bamboo clothes can shrink by approx. 5% and this is a completely natural process. This fact is taken into account during design. If in doubt, we recommend choosing a larger size.
Where do you make Lolobaby products?
All our products are sewn in Poland, in Podlasie, only from Polish, certified materials.
Are the materials used in production safe?
Lolobaby products are sewn from materials supplied by regular and proven manufacturers, so we can be sure of their quality. We use only safe and certified materials, and after sewing, each product undergoes rigorous quality control.
Are Lolobaby products suitable for sensitive, atopic skin?
Lolobaby products are designed with the youngest in mind, so our priority is to make sure that the products are as pleasant to touch as possible and safe for the child’s skin. The bamboo knitwear, from which the clothes are sewn, is certified with the Oeko-Tex Standard 100 and meets EU standards. What’s more, bamboo has antibacterial and antifungal properties, does not irritate the skin, absorbs sweat, and provides perfect thermoregulation. Do you offer gift wrapping?
We take care of every detail – all of our products are carefully packed in elegant navy blue boxes made in 90% of recyclable materials and painted with water-based paints.
Delivery
I have not received the products I ordered even though it has already been 48 hours since I placed the order.
The order is processed from the moment the money is credited to our account. The waiting time for shipment is a maximum of 2 business days. The total delivery time depends on the selected delivery method: courier/parcel locker.
Do you ship your products abroad?
Yes, we ship products throughout the European Union.
Can I collect my order in person?
Unfortunately, currently, our work dynamic makes it impossible for customers to collect their orders in person.
Can I track my order?
You can track your current order status – all you need to do is go to your lolobaby.eu profile and look into the ORDERS section. If you have selected shipping by a courier, you will receive an email with a shipment document number and a link to a tracking website to monitor your delivery.
Complaints and returns
How can I return a purchased product?
In order to return your purchase, please send us an email at contact@lolobaby.eu within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Afterwards, please send us the returned products within 14 days of your withdrawal from the contract.

When sending the returned goods to us, please remember that they must have tags and be packaged in a way that ensures the safety and the absence of damage in transit (preferably in the original packaging).
How much time do I have to return a purchased product?
In accordance with the Polish provisions of law, you can return items purchased in an online store within 14 days of receiving your package without giving reasons for the return. The returned product cannot show any signs of wear or be faulty in any way. It should also be delivered in its original package with all its contents.
How can I complain about a purchased product?
