Returns

We’re committed to making sure that our products are high-quality and that they meet expectations of both the parents and their little ones. If you want to return a product purchased in our shop, according to the Polish provisions of law you can do so within 14 days of receiving your package. We will not accept products that are faulty or show signs of wear.

If you wish to return your product, please reach out to us at contact@lolobaby.eu. In order to make the return process easier, we have prepared a return form (see below) for you to fill out. Subsequently, within 14 days of your withdrawal from the contract, please send the returned product to the following address:

When sending the returned goods to us, please remember that they must have tags and be packaged in a way that ensures the safety and the absence of damage in transit (preferably in the original packaging).

The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method as the one you selected to purchase the product in our Online Store.
